Pardon the Interruption, ESPN’s popular 30-minute weekday sports discussion and debate program, marks its 10-year milestone this week.  The show made its official debut on October 22, 2001, with hosts Tony Kornheiser and Michael Wilbon. For the past decade, PTI has been one of ESPN’s signature programs, and one of its most innovative with its unique, fast-paced, wide-ranging and humorous discussion of the day’s top sports news. The program has increased its ratings and viewership nearly every year since its inception. In addition to the daily PTI show (M-F, 5:30 p.m. ET), Kornheiser and Wilbon’s “Big Finish” segment appears in the opening 15 minutes of the 6 p.m. edition of SportsCenter. What will PTI do to celebrate its anniversary?  To find out, tune in Monday, Oct. 24, and follow the show on Twitter (@PTI).
